The Popsicle is supposed to be named "Apple Popsicle", it wasn't correctly localised from the original Japanese text (リンゴのアイス).

Her dialogue is: A kid disappeared behind the snack shop. Scary isn't it? My mum told me never to eat, presumably she was supposed to say “Micro Gum”.

When you're interacting with a computer in Scarecrow's Field at the top of the tower, a character is supposed to tell you "Soccer Dempou"; because of a localisation error this dialogue is missing entirely.

You need to check in on their meeting at the park, you'll have to try to use the crossing at least once before Mr. Suzuki will fix it for you.

He's at the entrance to Lover's Tree, which is on the far west side of town, past the river and all the shops/buildings there.

Go check out the rock on the train tracks again.

Go find Mr. Inoue, who looks like a gravestone, in the graveyard. He'll tell you what he wants you to do.

You have to kiss Agony Man, an Underground Resident who will clean the toilet for you. (See Underground Residents section for hints on how to make him Viva).

The monk is away during the day, he comes back in the evening.

You need to donate 500z or more to the box outside of the temple.

The item you need is the Magnifier, you can buy it in Mr. Cheapot's store. You'll have to use it on the Monk in order to read the writing on his body.

The puzzle relates to the family names on the gravestones, you'll need another item to proceed.

Once you've asked him where he goes (you must do this first), you can now find him during the day over by the crossing to the park in LLT. Give him some money and you'll get an item.

Interact with the family gravestones in the graveyard, you'll be asked to light the incense. If you don't have the solution for this puzzle yet check the "I talked to the monk, what do I do now?" puzzle hints a few sections back

Kiss Sniper in Scarecrow's Field. (See Underground Residents section for hints on how to make him Viva).

Set your alarm clock to 4am, sleep and then make your way to the train station for the 5:30AM train from LLT, then get the next train to FBC

You need to give the flier to Batayan, you can find him playing guitar around LLT at various times.

The manager for a day pass is in your mailbox outside your house.

You have to kiss Ad Balloon, an Underground Resident who will clean the apartments for you. (See Underground Residents section for hints on how to make her Viva).

Listen for the guy's voice in the background, he will speak 4 times. Each time when he says "Hai", you must press the correct button, X first, then Triangle, then Circle and finally X.

The employee you need to talk to in the first area who gives you the letter is immediately diagonal right from you. The one in the third area is on the west side of the area near the wrecking ball. You'll need to access the vault he mentions using the train.

First area: Check the blue tarp near the cement mixing area on the left side. Second area: Check either of the cargo containers on the left side. Third area: Check the barrels on the ground on the left side. Fourth area: Check next to the toilet on the right side.

Employees to talk to: First area: Northwest corner near the cement bags. Second area: Inside the building at the top of the ladder. Third area: Wrecking ball operator, head straight to him and wait for him to get out of the vehicle (don't stand too close or he won't get out). Fourth area: In the center at the back of the fenced area.

Take the letter the employee in the first area (immediately diagonal right from you) gives you to the Scarecrow in Scarecrow's field.

He wrote the code you need in his diary, go and check the diary and you'll be told that The code is 123-321-444-564, and to not be fooled by a fake dial.

You have to input the code you get from his diary into the train at the factory and go to each 3 digit number one by one. The dial on the safe is a red herring.

You're gonna have to see a UFO with your own eyes.

You can find Her using a telescope at night outside your house, ask Her if you can use it and you should see a UFO crash.

The crashed UFO can be found over where the garbage dump is. You're gonna have to solve this alien's quest before you can proceed.

You need all four Alien Dictionaries, they can be found at various places in the game.

Two are found by kissing Underground Residents. One is bought from a store for 1980z. The remaining dictionary requires some detective work to find out how to obtain. Check out the "Where is Alien Dictionary 1/2/3/4?" puzzle hint sections coming up next if you can't find them after this.

Mr. Frog has it, he's down by the waterfall next to the temple (See Underground Residents section for hints on how to make him Viva).

Jigsaw has it, they're in the 4th area (the one with the toilet) (See Underground Residents section for hints on how to make them Viva).

Mr. Cheapot is selling it in his shop near your house, you can buy it from him for 1980z. If you need money look for scrap in the Scarecrow's Field trash can and sell it to him.

You need the Micro Gum that you can buy from Mrs. Plum's Snack Shop, show this to people around town and follow the leads they give you and you should get a very big clue on what you need to do.

Go to the glowing rock towards the northwest side of SF, this is Monkey Rock. Use the dictionaries on it.

The computer can be bough in Mr. Cheapot's store in LLT for 11,800z. I recommend doing some Underground Residents in FBC to raise the funds for this as they pay out a lot, or selling the trash you can find in SF's trash can. The refrigerator is in SF's trash can (near where the UFO crashed by the river on the west side). The frying pan you can find several of in the trash can near Mr Cheapot's or the trash can outside Yabu Hospital. The loot for trash cans resets every day so sleep if you can't find any.

He's on top of the tower.

You need to put Funny Cola in the computer. The vending machine outside Mrs. Plum's Snack Shop sells it.

Plant the Star Seed in the soil in the north east area of Scarecrow's Field, there are two areas you can plant and you need to use the patch that has Poor Boy spread seeds all around (the upper one). Jot down this pattern somewhere as you'll need to put it into the computer.

Go back to Mr. Suzuki, who lives in the manhole nearby to your house (only accessible in the afternoon). Give him all the Love Letter Set pieces if you haven't already then ask to write a love letter.

Go to the park.

Ask Michelle (cleaning lady) and Mrs. Plum (tiny old lady) to speak. Skip everyone else.

Mrs. Plum. Show her name cards and she will tell you their age.

Her's Kiss is a scripted event that happens at the very end of the game, this is the ultimate goal of the main questline.

Later on in the game, you'll be able to get him hired at Funny Bone City.

You have to get him fired. You should know how to if you keep progressing the main quest.

If you go to him in LLT and talk to him he will automatically kiss you.

You have to ride every single train journey and return journey once (in other words, you must use up every train ticket once) and once you've done that and returned to LLT, he'll automatically kiss you as thanks.

You'll see a transformed version of Dr. Dandy if you wander around the area near the hospital at night, seems that he has a Jekyll-Hyde type affliction.

Read his notes on his desk while he's asleep during the early hours of the morning (you can go there straight from waking up at 8am) or after he has left at night, you will see that he has prescribed himself something for Ainmosni (Insomnia backwards). You'll need to collect these three ingredients: Wake Up Frog, Sleepicada, Sleepapple. See the next few puzzle hint sections for hints.

If you take a Frog to Leo and show it to him, he will tell you which type of Frog it is. You can only show him stuff when he's not working, try catching him as he's leaving Turtle Bath after it closes (11pm) or while he's walking to it.

If you take a Dead Cicada to Batayan and show it to him, he will tell you which type of Dead Cicada it is. You can find him wandering around the town at various hours, try the town square in the evening.

If you go to the hospital in the early morning or at night when he has left, the machine behind the curtains is usable and you can mix the ingredients here.

You need to let Dr. Dandy take some of your blood and then you can use the Heart Potion on him, make sure you have more than 20 hearts otherwise having your blood taken will be fatal.

Julie threw out his old films, you'll have to find it for him.

He's looking for a film that he made specifically, none of the movies you can buy or find from Underground Residents has his name on it (Goro Arashiyama)

Leo has it, you'll have to show him a different film in order to get him to give it to you.

You need to start Bell's Kiss, see Bell's section in Worldly Desire Temple Residents for details on how to start this. At some point she will give you an item that you need to take to Julie.

Go talk to Policeman, he will tell you that Goro is in the graveyard. After you have talked to him about this go back and tell Julie.

You need 3 Crime Stamps for the Policeman to send you to jail. One of them is from being naked in front of him during the day (he'll simply shoot you if he's on patrol at night). One of them is for smoking tobacco in front of him (can be bought at the train station kiosk for 500z or found randomly in the trees/bushes in FBC). The other is for stealing. In order to get the crime stamp for stealing you'll need to complete Thief Tip Toe IV's Kiss. At this point of the Julie Kiss progression you should be able to complete it if you wait around for him outside of Julie's bar around 7am. He'll go into her shop and steal from her safe. Go find him again in the alley outside where he will be stuck, if you interact with him you'll take some damage and then he'll be Vivad ready for you to kiss him in the alley. He will drop Julie's Hairpin which you can take to Policeman to get the final crime stamp and get sent to the graveyard.

The line underneath the buttons is supposed to represent a seismometer, which is used to measure earthquakes. You must input the buttons that have the pointy parts of the line underneath them when the ground is shaking. You have to talk to Goro to make him start shaking the ground for the first time, after that he will do it at regular intervals. If he stops shaking the ground you must talk to him again.

You need to take a bath at Turtle Bath correctly, Leo will shout at you if you don't bathe correctly and you'll take some damage. You're going to need to find out how to take a bath the correct way.

You need to show Leo's name card to Batayan and he will tell you that the fortune teller can tell you how to take a bath properly.

You need to enter the tunnel at 4 - 5pm, you can go through as many times as you like during this hour and he will still talk to you. His dialogue relating to taking a bath when you receive a very bad fortune (Water Hazard) is as follows: "When you take a bath, Splash on right Splash on left, Splash on right Splash on left, Relax and... Stay in the tub until your eyes open wide.".
